Head Office Cleaner

We are looking for a cleaner for our head office in Arundel. You must be reliable, trustworthy and enjoy a physically demanding role. We are looking for you to be available to clean our office for a maximum of 6 hours per week over 2 - 3 evenings (days of work to be agreed).
Pay will be £10.66 per hour and you will be entitled to join the NHS pension scheme.

**JOB TITLE**:IPC Head Office Cleaner
**REPORTS TO**:Operations Manager / Service Manager
**PURPOSE OF ROLE**: To maintain all facilities by keeping the company premises clean and well maintained.
**Job Summary**
The post-holder will be responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the facility or office building. This can entail dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning windows and doors. Ensuring restrooms are cleaned, sanitised and restocked.
**Responsibilities of the Role**
- Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the office building
- Wiping down of all desks and hard surfaces such as window ledges, small cupboard tops
- Emptying of all waste/recycling bins and disposal of rubbish to main outside bins
- Vacuuming throughout the office (including extractor fan covers in the toilets)
- Mopping all hard floors
- Cleaning of all toilet areas and restocking toilet rolls, hand soap and hand towels
- Cleaning of kitchenettes to include washing up, loading and unloading of dishwasher, cleaning of fridges
- Dusting of exposed surfaces such as picture frames and filing cabinets
- Conducting monthly disinfection and deep clean
- Liaising with the line manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times
- Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.
- Informing the line manager of repairs that need to be done.

Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment
Complete immunisation record
**Desirable Requirements**
Proven experience in a similar role
COSHH training certificate
