OTC Transformation

**_Credit Control / OTC transformation specialist, £60,000- £70,000, Thatcham (Hybrid)

IN2Consult is working with one of our long-term partners, as they embark on a transformative journey to improve OTC and credit control, We are looking for a visionary professional to join their growing team and lead this evolution.

**_ As the Order to Cash Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for:_**Conducting thorough assessments of our existing order to cash processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.Collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and IT to gather insights, align strategies, and implement transformative solutions.Designing and implementing streamlined end-to-end order to cash workflows that enhance accuracy, reduce cycle times, and optimize resource utilization.Identifying opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and digital tools to simplify and expedite order processing, invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.Developing comprehensive change management plans to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new processes across the organization.Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of process improvements and providing regular updates to senior management.
- Conducting training sessions and workshops for team members to facilitate a clear understanding of new processes, tools, and best practices.

**_Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Proven track record of successfully leading order-to-cash process transformation initiatives within a similar industry.-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process gaps and inefficiencies.Experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance measurement.Proficiency in change management principles and the ability to drive organizational change.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.Technologically savvy, with a keen interest in leveraging digital solutions for process optimization.
- Project management experience and relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are advantageous.
