**Salary**: £30,000-£38,000 DoE + 20% late shift allowance (£36,000-£46,000)

Location: Towcester, Northamptonshire

Hours: Monday to Thursday 14:00-22:30, 11:00-19:30 Friday

**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent

The Company:
Interaction have partnered with a leading precision engineering firm specialising in the aerospace industry based in the Towcester area on their search for an experienced CNC Turner, Setter & Programmer.

The Role:

- You will program, set and operate multi axis lathes on a variety of different machines, using Fanuc controls.
- Manufacture machined components to engineering drawings, using set work instructions and schedules.
- Use manual lathes to machine components
- You will produce small, complex batches of components to quality standards and tight tolerances.
- You will join the busy Turning section and be extremely important to the running of the team

The Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years experience as a CNC Turner using Fanuc controls (essential)
- Apprentice Trained (advantageous)
- Previous experience using Mitsubishi and/or Fanuc controlled machinery (advantageous)
- High attention to detail and able to work to tight tolerances
- Self-motivated
