**Key Responsibilities of the role**:
**1. Business Administration**:
Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the organisation.

Assist with documentation, record-keeping, and database management, with a particular focus on using and running reports for KPIs.

Collaborate closely with the senior management team and CEO to ensure data is recorded accurately, including amending reporting templates as necessary to improve accuracy.

**2. Data Management and Reporting**:
Utilise internal databases and reporting systems to collate and report on KPIs for contract and grant monitoring.

Collaborate with the senior management team and CEO to collate data and documentation for reporting purposes, especially for grant funders.

Prepare reports and grant monitoring documentation to evidence work completed with grant funding.

Liaise with users of our services to collate case studies.

**3. Funder Liaison**:
Act as a point of contact for grant funders and maintain positive relationships.

Respond promptly and professionally to funder inquiries and requests.

**4. Social media and Website Support**:
Contribute to the creation of engaging content for various social media platforms.

Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and inquiries.

Serve as the primary contact for the website developer, ensuring timely content updates.

**Person Specification**:
**Essential**:
Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Experience of gathering evidence from multiple sources and use this information to write comprehensive reports.

Previous administrative or office experience.

Proficiency in IT, Zoom, Microsoft Office packages, and databases, with a focus on using and running reports for KPIs.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Empathetic

Understanding of the needs of families affected by drug and alcohol use.

Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.

Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.

Commitment to the mission and values of Family Support Link.

Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.

Minimum of GCSE A*-C in English and Maths or equivalent.

**Desirable**:
Full current driving license/business insurance and access to a vehicle for work.

Experience in social media management using various platforms.

Knowledge of the charity and voluntary sector.

Familiarity with grant management software.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE POST**

The post holder will be based at Our Head Office 60 Oxford St, Wellingborough NN8 4JJ but will be expected to travel when required for the role (Reasonable subsistence, and travel expenses will be paid in accordance with Family Support Links’ policy.)

We have adopted a Hybrid working Policy allowing for flexibility around Home Working.
