Are you a resident driven, nurse qualified, successful nursing home manager? Are you passionate about supporting the deliverance of excellent care? My client is looking for an operations manager to support their senior management team and their registered managersacross their compliant portfolio of elderly nursing homes.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RGN/RMN Nursing Home Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Support Manager, or Peripatetic Manager seeking a new challenge working in a well-established and successful group. You will be part of a close-knitteam and will be working together to achieve a high quality of care. You will be responsible for multiple sites, identifying weaknesses and finding solutions, reporting to both the Operations Director and the Managing Director.
This role position is commutable from Royal Leamington Spa, Coventry, Solihull, Stratford-upon-Avon, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Nuneaton, Tamworth, Hinckley and surrounding areas.
