Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Opening up or locking up all three school sites on a daily basis - General site maintenance, including basic repairs and maintenance tasks - Liaising with contractors and supervising their work - Completing routine testing, including fire alarms, legionella, emergency lighting, and vehicles - Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out on site - Ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role - Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good organisational and time management skills - A valid driving license

Location: Mosely, Birmingham

**Salary**: £101 per day

Contract Type: Full-time.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:30pm (shifts)
