Bartender/server

We are currently looking for confident and experienced Bar staff at the Hop Inn.

We want our team members to bring their personalities to the job and enjoy where they work. As a member of the front house team, you should be passionate about your job and be able to explain our menu and our drinks range.

We encourage creativity and want our staff to feel empowered to give that little extra in everything they do. This is an opportunity to deliver hospitality as it should be with you being trained on new products and specials to help you become more knowledgeable.

Your job role will include:

- Providing a friendly and positive guest experience
- Working behind the bar serving customers cold beverages and handling money
- Working in the restaurant taking food orders and processing these on our till system
- Keeping the pub clean and tidy at all times
- Adhering to health and safety at all times and being aware of your surroundings
- Ensuring tables in the bar and restaurant are clean
- Working well under pressure to serve customers at a fast, efficient pace
- Using the coffee machine
- Stock up of our bar
- Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers
- Working well in a team to create a happy working environment

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
