**Job Summary**
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our proactive and hardworking warehouse and supply chain team at our international warehouse in central Hereford. The environment is busy, fast-moving and full of energy, if you’re hard working and have a can do attitude, then this role could be for you.
As the Supply Chain Adminisrator, you will be responsible for:
- Maintenance of part numbers in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Maintenance of supplier and product performance logs
- Review of sales order to picking list information
- Reporting on part number usage for planning purposes
- Raising Purchase orders for approval
- Supplier liaison including lead time requests and delivery follow up
- Import shipment administration
- Direct supply chain department phone calls
- Process intercompany and direct delivery shipments
- Filing of departmental documentation
**Experience/Knowledge**
- Experience in procurement or sourcing activities - required
- Experience of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAGE/Dynamics 365) - required
- IT skills & experienced in the use of Microsoft Excel - required
- Experience of procurement / supply chain planning - preferred
- UK Driving License - preferred
- Working knowledge and understanding of manufacturing in an ISO environment - desirable
