**This is an office based role in Thurrock, Essex, we do not offer WFH or remote working for this role.

**We have an exciting new opportunity in Essex for a web Content Writer/proofreader to work across a range of projects creating content for multiple ecommerce websites, blogs and social media channels.**

You will be working alongside the technical SEO team and taking responsibility for creating well written, engaging content for websites and content marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Using modern techniques and tools to write copy for a wide range of projects: Product descriptions, General web copy, Blog articles, social media updates etc
- Be proactive and supportive within the team
- Prioritise work according to campaign schedules

**Requirements**:

- Minimum English Language GCSE grade A or above
- Must have an interest knowledge in Audio, Sound & Light Equipment.
- Experience in writing web content would be an advantage
- A-level English would be an advantage
- Some understanding of the fundamentals of SEO Copywriting an advantage, but full training will be given
- Experience with working in a team
- Ability to learn and take on board the concepts of SEO and adjust your writing to suit.

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
