The role:
We are looking for a top level bookkeeper/manager. You will be confident with Xero(knowledge of Sage online and Quickbooks helpful). Able to manage all areas of bookkeeping and cloud accounting department and have managerial skills. Be jointly managinga cloud accounting department with about 8 staff.

This role would report to partners.

With staff you will manage:

- Job allocation.
- Liaise with new clients and help to resolve technical points.
- Review work.
- Support trainees and arrange training and updates with partner support.
- Lead a growing cloud accounting department.
- Manage the staff and initially deal with any issues arising.
- Lead departmental staff meetings.
- Provide client cloud accounting training.
- They would also be managing a portfolio of their own. This is a fabulous opportunity for a very strong senior bookkeeper with solid knowledge and experience in managing bookkeeping, VAT and management accounts for a wide range of clients.
