Employment Type: Permanent- Location: United Kingdom**The Role**:
This position will provide secretarial support to Chief Executive Officer (Designate) Student Housing as well as administrative support to the Student Housing Team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Organise and coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and itineraries, manage conflicting priorities.
- Submit and monitor of travel expense claims and disbursements on a timely manner.
- Liaise and coordinate with parties within and outside the organisation.
- Assist Team to prepare internal and external reports including performance market data research and updating/ maintaining excel trackers.
- Assist with preparation of marketing collaterals as appropriate.
- Manage procurement of services where required.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external events and meetings for the team, filing of documents, setting up proper records and systems.
- Other secretarial support expected of a personal assistant.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma / GCE ’A’ level / Private Secretary/PA Certificate.
- At least 5 years of secretarial and / or executive support experience.
- Discretion and an understanding of handling confidentiality matter.
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to work on own initiative
- Proficient in MS Office.
