**Who are we?**
Here at Local Facilities Management Ltd we provide emergency/fast response repair and maintenance services via a nationwide network of experienced, fully qualified and vetted engineers who are sub-contracted to work on behalf of Local Facilities Management Ltd. We cover six trades, these are: pest control electrics, gas/heating, drainage, plumbing and locksmith services.

**What will I do in the role?**
- First point of contact for our customers to book in an emergency service
- Identify the correct trade required and complete a booking for the customer
- Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation

**What do I need?**
- A desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in a customer-facing environment
- Confident IT skills
- Flexibility, professionalism, drive and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working with targets
- You must have proof of eligibility to work in the UK and reside in the UK during your employment.

**What will I be paid?**
We offer competitive pay rates and will be dependent on experience.

**What hours will I work?**
- Full time, typically working 40 hours per week, over five days per week.

Our operational hours our Monday to Friday 8.00 until 5pm

**Location**
Victoria House, Victoria Rd, Aldershot GU11 1EJ

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
