We have an opportunity for a **Home Ownership Specialist** to join our successful team in Bristol, although with offices in Exeter, Basingstoke and Newbury, we can be flexible on your base location.

This is a full time fixed term contract for 12 months with a starting salary of £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.

The role will combine both home and office working to ensure a positive work/life balance.

**The Role**

As a **Home Ownership Specialist** you'll action our customers queries about shared ownership, leasehold and freehold properties. This may include lease compliance, breaches of lease, enforcement and lease extensions, complex permissions, subletting and alterations, land registry, boundary issues, service charges, mortgages approvals and valuations.

You'll deliver an excellent customer experience, keeping the customers updated of progress, explaining actions and finding resolutions until their query is resolved. You will work collaboratively with your team and the wider business to provide a proactive data led service, delivering the right outcomes for the customer, building trust and respect within our communities.

**What we need from you**:
You'll be a housing professional with home ownership, leasehold and freehold management knowledge. Your ability to understand legal and contractual information will help answer our customers more complex queries.

- Attention to detail and ability to make data led decisions.
- Experience of working effectively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident, assertive and a good negotiator.
- Focus on providing great service and outcomes for customers.
