Are you an experienced Brand/Marketing/Communications Manager available to work on a job share basis working 20 hours a week within an established Marketing team based in Loughborough?

As this is a job share role you will need to work at least a half day on Wednesday for handover with the other job sharer. Your other working days will be Thursday and Friday which can be a mix of home and office working.

You will be joining a leading business in the food industry who have successful ecommerce and wholesale operations and work with many well-known brands.

You will be a crucial part of a team responsible for drive a step change in Marketing Communications across the business with a focus on their Wholesale B2B channel. You will be accountable for driving growth with a strong ROI through tailored and effectivemarketing communications across the group, using customer and consumer insight to put customers at the heart of their communications plan.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing the day to day marketing initiatives to drive footfall instore and web traffic and sales conversion online
- Working with the Head of Marketing to unearth the customer insight that informs a market leading customer segmentation and communication plan for their customer base
- Create and Implement a comprehensive and targeted communication plan to the customer base, ensuring a tailored approach
- Work with the marketing and design teams to deliver best practice marketing collateral i.e. marketing literature, offer sheets, POS, marketing brochures, leaflet design, business cards
- Lead the marketing assistants to support the wholesale store teams and area managers with bespoke marketing initiatives aimed to drive footfall
- Lead the Digital Marketing Assistant to develop effective social media campaigns for the B2B wholesale channel
- Work with external PR agency to maximise the quality of trade press coverage and awareness in national and local media.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting to stakeholders with reviews on comms performance

The pro-rata salary for this role will be £22,000 p/a.
