Outbound Aftersales Executive - Part time

- Our client, a prestige franchised car dealership in Peterborough has the requirement for an Aftersales Customer Service Executive to join their Service Team on an IMMEDIATE start temporary contract.

Please note this a Telephone based role.

As an Aftersales Customer Service Executive your responsibilities will include:
Make outbound calls to the Service Customers that were in the business the previous day.

Ensure the experience they received was 5 star.

Listen to any problems the customer may have had, empathise, qualify, and report to manager.

Deliver the very best customer service at all times.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements

Minimum of 12 months Telephone based Customer Service experience.

Desirable Requirements

Dealership/Motor Trade experience

Aftersales Experience

Outbound Telephone Experience

Remuneration

£14 - £15 per hour DOE

Weekly Pay

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 11am - 2pm
