**Sleaford** on a supply basis, starting in September or October 2023.

As a
**Science Graduate**, you will have the chance to inspire and support students in their scientific journey. Your role will involve assisting teachers in the classroom, providing support to students, and helping with science-related activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist teachers in delivering science lessons and activities.
- Help set up and conduct science experiments and demonstrations.
- Support the teacher in managing the classroom and maintaining a positive learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in **Science** or a related field.
- Passion for education and a desire to help students succeed in their scientific studies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
