- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring all guests feel welcome and satisfied with their orders
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different coffee varieties is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety practices and willingness to adhere to health regulations
