Dartford, United Kingdom Easy Load Ltd Full time

Duties include vehicle checks before leaving the yard as well as loading and unloading skip in a safe and efficient manner.
- Safely and efficiently operate a commercial skip vehicle with a trailer. Load and unload skips, ensuring proper securement.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
- Communicate with dispatch to receive delivery instructions and updates.
- Valid commercial driver's license (HGV) with a maximin of 6 points and (CPC)
- Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably with experience in skip and trailer work.
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety protocols.
- Ability to navigate using GPS or other routing systems
- Strong communication skills to interact with dispatch, customers, and other drivers
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading
