**The Role**:
We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our collaborative and welcoming Clear Voice team, on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract with the potential to be extended.

The Sales Coordinator will create new leads and sales, develop relationships with new clients and sign them up to as many of our services as they need, whilst always providing excellent customer service. They will be aware of all new tender opportunitiesand will help to write bids for new frameworks and contracts, ensuring that we drive the growth of the business.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Growing the business by taking on new clients
- Monitor the sales process, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
- Maintaining our databases to track which services are being utilised and ensuring client contact information is relevant and up to date, whilst always demonstrating our business values of being ethical, transparent and reliable
- Working with potential and current customers by preparing quotes, processing order requests, monitoring the sales progress and offering after-sales support, keeping customers updated with relevant product information and informing clients of unforeseendelays or problems
- Monitoring the sales progress and handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Planning sales drives and campaigns
- Researching prospective clients for a better understanding of their needs
- Building a comprehensive knowledge of company offers and demonstrating those benefits to clients
- Working with Operations teams for effective customer service before and after closing sales
- Conducting market and competitor research, keeping up with what is happening within the sector (trends)
- Monitoring key performance indicators of sales and marketing campaigns and creating comprehensive reports to improve results
- Generating and following-up business leads
- Input into the sales and partnership strategy to outline where opportunities are arising
- Provide support with lead generating sales and marketing campaigns into existing and new markets
- Assist marketing coordinator to develop content for marketing materials, social media and website content, and assist with producing regular client communications that are timely and engaging
- Tender and bid writing
- Planning of events and exhibitions to promote Clear Voice
- Delivering trainings and presentations to prospective clients

- Sales Experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Demonstrable ability to use initiative and work with mínimal instruction
- Understanding of the sales/lead generation process
- Ability to adapt and change in a fast-moving organisation
