Border Temperature Control are Refrigeration and Air conditioning contactors that operate throughout multiple sectors providing design, installation, service and maintenance since 2008, we have built a reputation for providing engineering solutions, customer service and reliability. We have a national reach with a local approach and carry that ethos through to everything we do.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering Phone calls and logging service calls
- Communicating service calls to engineers
- Liaising with maintenance engineers
- preparing service report for invoicing
- SAGE invoice entry
Experience and Skills:
- Good telephone manner
- Computer skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional office environment with a supportive team.
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
