**What you'll be doing**:
1) As part of the creative team interpret and implement the brand look, feel and vision across all business channels including print, stores, digital, social, advertising and local marketing.
2) Assist all areas of the business with creative and graphic design support ensuring all projects are completed on time, to guidelines and to spec by smartly bringing together user needs, business goals and technical realities.
The role provides a huge opportunity to expand your creative design credentials. One minute you could be working on small scale projects and retouching to the next big brand relaunch.
- Generating original design concepts from mood board to final design, working with stakeholders to make sure the brief is met. Translating complex requirements into simple, brand-appropriate and engaging customer communications
- Designing and delivering print ready artwork across all areas of the business, from campaign POS to store activations and training materials
- Designing 3D renders and mockups to help sell concepts and ideas into stakeholders across the business
- Undertaking image manipulation, from moderate retouching to re-sizing and cropping
- Providing assets to other areas of the business and partners, such as, brand guidelines, logos, images, etc.

Creative/Software:

- Adobe Creative Suite - inc InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Sketch/Figma/inVision or similar
- 3D rendering using Sketchup and Adobe Dimension
- Animation skills using After Effects
- Website & digital design processes
- Print design including processes
- Understanding of HTML, CSS & jQuery
- Microsoft Office inc Word, Powerpoint Excel
