Spa Golf Club are seeking to recruit a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support within a busy Golf Club, ensuring all work is produced in an accurate and timely manner and to a consistently high standard.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting with accounts
- Maintaining an efficient filing system and updating databases
- General typing using Microsoft and excel
- Clerical Duties
- General administration support

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills:

- Minimum 1 years’ experience working in an office environment
- 1 years' experience working with accounts
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade A-C including English Language and Maths
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Adaptable and flexible
- Computer literacy

Desirable Skills:

- Experience working with SAGE 50 Accounting Software

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £5.28-£10.50 per hour

**Benefits**:
