**Hazel Tree Education are currently supporting a mainstream Primary school in Astley.**

We are seeking a Part
- time, qualified Teaching Assistant to work within KS2. The role involves working in the classroom, supporting pupils alongside the class teacher.

This ‘**Good**’ Ofsted rated school is well-regarded in the local area.

Working Hours
- Monday
- Friday 8:30am
- 12:30pm.
- **What we’re looking for**:_
- A recognised qualification in Teaching and Learning, Level 2 and above.
- Experience working with children in an education or formal setting e.g residential, sports coaching.
- A resilient, pro-active nature with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Knowledge and understanding of supporting learners with SEN.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update service or be willing to purchase one at a cost of £50.
- At least two references including most recent/current employer.
- Right to work in the UK.
- A good standard of literacy and numeracy with excellent written and verbal communication.

Hazel tree Education support schools within the Wigan, Leigh, Warrington, Bolton, St Helens and Manchester area, in mainstream, SEN and SEMH settings. We offer various roles for teachers, teaching assistants, classroom support, cover supervisors, HLTA's and more.
