Estate Agency Broker

A rare opportunity has arisen for an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator/ Broker to join a leading independent Estate Agent based in our new branch in Aldridge. This is a new branch and we are looking to recruit an ambitious and hardworking individual who wants to make an impression and progress their career. The successful Estate Agent Sales Negotiator/ Broker will have at least 12 months industry experience, be extremely well presented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and more importantly a passion to succeed within the Estate Agency industry. This really is an all encompassing role where our Estate Agent Sales Negotiator/ Broker take the client relationship through from start to finish and beyond. The Estate Agent Sales Negotiator/ Broker will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both vendor and purchaser, booking viewings, generating market appraisals, conducting viewings and negotiating progressing the sale. - Experience Needed*
- Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is essential
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
- Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
- You will be well spoken and well presented
- You will be target driven and ambitious
- You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance Our commission package is about the best in the industry, however, we want the best in the industry to join our team so please be aware that hard work and results are an important part of the role

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
