Veterans Pathway Service Manager

We are looking for a Veterans Pathway Service Manager to make a significant difference to the lives of veterans affected by homelessness on a daily basis.

If you have a passion for the mission, the ability to create excellent working relationships, and an understanding of the causes and solutions to homelessness, then you could be ideal for this role.

Position: 1026 Veterans Pathway Service Manager - Operation Fortitude

Location: Timber Wharf, Hackney

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £35,502 (including £4,000 London Allowance)

Contract: Permanent

Op FORTITUDE is the newly established pathway to end veteran rough sleeping in the UK. The Op FORTITUDE Pathway Team will play a central role in achieving this by creating the links between the veterans at risk of or experiencing homelessness and the organisations that can provide them the support they need.

The difference you'll make

You will be responsible for the operational delivery of the National Op FORTITUDE referral Pathway, ensuring that it achieves its mission of ending veteran homelessness.

This role will be incredibly rewarding. You and your team will change the lives of veterans affected by homelessness across the country on a daily basis. Making this happen is all about people - as you'll also be managing the broad range of relationships needed to achieve this.

Part of this will be reporting to the Op FORTITUDE Pathway Governance Group on Pathway performance and acting as an ambassador for Riverside and Op FORTITUDE across the veteran and homelessness sectors.

So, who are you?

If you would like to join the team as it aims to end veteran homelessness, this is the role for you.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that will make a significant and meaningful difference to the lives of veterans in the UK. While desirable, being a member of the Armed Forces Community is not essential.

Enjoy the rewards

Working here, you'll enjoy competitive pay, 28 days holidays plus bank holidays, a wide range of benefits, flexible working, and the chance to learn valuable new skills. The organisation empowers people to do great work by investing in learning, personal development, and technology.

We encourage applicants from all sections of the community so that the organisation can truly reflect the neighbourhoods in which it works.
