**About the role**

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Drug and Alcohol Professional to join our supportive Drug and Alcohol Team (DAT), providing high quality, specialist care services to people impacted by substance use in the community.

You will be a designated keyworker for a defined caseload, participating in the multi-disciplinary assessment, intervention and treatment of patients, as well as supporting community detoxification and post detox relapse prevention support. You will hold appointments/clinics at the DAT base, satellite clinics, home visits and provide some late night appointments.
