**JOB TITLE: Neighbourhood Caretaker**
**LOCATION:Working within the community, around various locations in Croydon**
**PAY RATE: £15.06 hour PAYE**
**START DATE: asap**
**DURATION: 3-month initial contract**

**Hours:36 per week/ 9am-5pm /Mon-Fri**

**DBS: No**

**Driving License : Not required but would be ideal**

**Ideal Skill Requirements**
- Understanding of COSH
- Able to carry out maintenance
- Ideally have experience of Caretaking previously
- Understanding of other Council contracts, i.e., waste management, FRA, and to escalate where necessary.

**Role Purpose**
- Responsible for ensuring that cleaning of housing properties meets or exceeds the agreed standards and frequencies to all internal areas.
- Carry out effective secondary monitoring of estate services received by Housing, such as Veolia and Grounds Maintenance.
