**The Role**:
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized support to students with SEN, helping them overcome learning barriers and succeed academically and personally. **Responsibilities**:

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with students with special educational needs, preferably as a support worker or teaching assistant.
- Knowledge of SEN strategies, interventions, and differentiation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to adapt your approach to meet individual student needs.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or special needs support are desirable.
