Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Construct and assemble structures according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
- Execute various carpentry tasks, such as framing, installing windows and doors, and finishing work.
- Perform electrical work, including wiring and installing fixtures, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize welding techniques to fabricate metal components as required.
- Execute masonry work, including laying bricks or stones for walls or walkways.
- Install roofing materials and ensure proper waterproofing to protect the building.
- Plumb fixtures and pipes for water supply and drainage systems.

**Skills**:

- Comprehensive knowledge of masonry techniques and materials.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and follow construction plans accurately.
- Proficiency in using hand tools like trowels, hammers, chisels, and levels.
- Familiarity with power tools such as saws and drills.
- Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in various construction tasks including welding, carpentry, electrical work, masonry, and painting.
- Ability to work efficiently and deliver high-quality results.

Additional Details:

- **Job Type**: Full-time
- **Pay**:£15.00 - £18.00 per hour
- **Expected Hours**: 40 - 50 hours per week.
- **Benefits**: Company pension, free on-site parking
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday

- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of general building work required
- **Licence/Certification**: CSCS preferred.
