**Job Summary**:
**Temporary for 26 weeks.**

**Interviews will be held on 25th and 26th October 2023.**

The Council is leading the way with promoting Fair Work and creating opportunities for those that are most disadvantaged. We have a programme that supports parents into council services for 6 months. These placements will be for 26 weeks from 16-30 hours per week. Placements will be paid at the Living Wage, £10.90 ph. The programme will be delivered in partnership with Department for Work & Pensions, ceisayrshire and the wider partnership, integrating support services to develop core skills, workplace behaviours, childcare & taking a closer look at the barriers that prevent parents from sustaining employment. This programme aims to assist unemployed parents of all ages, living in North Ayrshire.
