This role would be suitable for someone with a helpdesk or technical administration background,who has also had experience / exposure to sales processes and environments.

- Team player suited to a team-orientated and collaborative environment, where knowledge is shared actively.

This role will involve supporting the Digital Manager with day-to-day administration of Tier 1 ticketing systems and ensuring best practice and processes are followed. You will increase the effectiveness and maintain the current efficiency of the Supportnetwork in place and understand key product platforms, triage and support internal and external queries through existing ticketing systems.

This role is very focused on ensuring exemplary levels of service are delivered at all times, in order to maintain the companies outstanding reputation for being service-centric.
