We are working with a well-established, Lexcel accredited, award-winning, multi-office law firm, who are seeking an experienced **Legal PA** to join their busy **Dispute Resolution** team at their office in Stourbridge.

**The role will involve**:

- Provision of Legal PA support to the Dispute Resolution Team
- Audio typing from digital dictation
- Typing of legal documents and correspondence
- Administrating client matters using a legal case management system
- Opening files
- Preparation of bundles and other court documents
- Diary management including booking client appointments
- A minimum of 2 years' legal secretarial / PA experience within dispute resolution or litigation
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- The ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- A passion to providing outstanding client care
- Proficiency in using digital dictation and legal case management systems
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
