Job Specification

LMF services are seeking qualified plasterers to carry out internal wall insulation to various properties nationally. All works are done under the government ECO scheme and require works to be done to tight schedules and to a high standard of works. Always Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties include:

- Have a good knowledge of Working in Domestic Properties, including Plastering, Internal Wall Insulation, room in roof and dry wall installations.
- Driving company vehicle to various locations nationally.
- Collecting materials from stores/building merchants.
- Protecting the customers property from damage during works.
- Assisting customers move furniture if required.
- Removing items such as skirting boards, picture rails etc.
- Fixing of battens to wall to accept insulation boards or dot and dab depending on manufacturers details.
- Installing the internal wall insulation boards as per manufactures guidelines and as per design details.
- Plaster or Tape Joint the insulated boards.
- Working alongside other trades such as electricians, joiners etc.
- On Completion removal of all protection and waste materials and disposed as per waste procedures, leaving the property to the customers satisfaction.
- A knowledge of Internal Wall Insulation systems, such as Wetherby/Gypsum would be advantage.

Ideal Qualifications:

- Ideally have a current CSCS card (optional)
- Manufacturers Training such as Wetherby/Gypsum (optional)
- Full Driver’s License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £150.00-£180.00 per day

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Plastering: 2 years (required)
- Masonry: 1 year (preferred)
- Brick Mason: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
- Driving License (required)

**Salary**: £150.00-£180.00 per day
