Salary : £20,000 - £23,000

With our client based in Bury we are looking for an experience Receptionist/Admin Assistant. You will be based on a busy reception desk, responsible for meeting and greeting clients, sorting, collecting and delivering company mail and providing additionalsecretarial/administrative support. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handling incoming enquiries by telephone and meeting and greeting clients
- Assist in the completion of request print, scan, photocopying, taking client’s ID and POA from client’s
- Participate in the distribution of post, DX, couriers, deliveries and supplies around the firm
- Manage office supplies, including statioery, photocopier equipment, franking etc
- Opening new files on case management system
- Administration associated with the opening and archiving of files
- Taking card payments from clients
- Managing petty cash
- Dealing with staff holiday records

**Profile**:

- Looking for someone who has experience working as a receptionist/administration assistant with strong communication skills
- Excellent client/customer service skills
- Work well under pressure
- Experienced using Microsoft Office Package, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Be process and deadline driven
