**Overview of Role**

The role of the Housekeeping Supervisor will be to oversee the Housekeeping team, to perform and document routine cleaning, ensuring that team members are cleaning to expected standards & liaising with other departments to ensure change over days/tasks are completed within a timely manner. Raise any issues with their Line Manager

**Principal Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Supervise the team on an hour by hour basis to ensure standards are being achieved.
- Check boats and accommodation to check they are ready for customer arrival
- Check on site facilities.
- Liaise with reception and maintenance in regards to any delays getting accommodation ready and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Ensure that the team has all the equipment and disposables that they require to deliver the service.
- Manage the inventory on boats and in accommodation.
- Stock check on linen and ring weekly linen count to the supplier.
- Communicate both with your staff and senior management to ensure that feedback is responded to in an appropriate manner.
- Be aware of and adhere to health and safety legislation.
- Supervise any training requirements.
- Assist team members with cleaning when required.
- Maintenance and production of soft furnishes.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: £12.00-£12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 32 per week
