**Care Team Leader** Salary**: £15 per hour

**Location**: Baycroft, Kempston

**Hours & Shift Pattern**: 37.5** hours per week

We are now recruiting a dynamic **Care Team Leader** to join our Care team and support us in delivering nutritious food and market-leading care to our residents. Along with experience in a Care Team Leader, you should have a level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care and the ability to lead a successful team of Senior Care Assistants.

**And in return, you will be responsible for**
- Taking part in a rotational on call for the service
- Providing direct person-centred care to all residents, always promoting their individuality and dignity.
- Oversee he residential units, care plans and administering medication.
- To lead, support and mentor the Senior Care Assistants as their first point of contact.

**Please note**:this role will require an enhanced DBS and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
