**Position**: Customer Relations Specialist

**Location**:Office base - Aberdour, Fife with field related activity within Fife and Edinburgh.

**Role Overview**: As a Customer Relations Specialist at Where, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers across our subsidiary companies. You will be responsible for both office-based and field-based interactions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and fostering business growth. Your ability to understand customer needs, resolve concerns, and provide proactive support will be key to your success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers within Dutch Sign and Design, Murrayfield Sports Management, What The Fork, and Meta Dram.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and gathering feedback.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively communicated and fulfilled.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential and existing customers.
- Understand our company's products, services, and offerings to effectively address customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Assist in the resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to the improvement of products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using designated systems.
- Use social media channels to show the company as active in the field in relation to the marketing plans set down by the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customer segments.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset, with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work both in an office environment and engage in field-based customer interactions.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
