Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team. The Pipefitter will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining piping systems in industrial or commercial settings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of piping systems
- Cut, thread, and hammer pipes according to pipe system specifications
- Weld, solder, or braze pipes to connect them
- Secure pipes to structures with clamps, brackets, and hangers
- Inspect and test installed pipe systems and pipelines
- Repair and maintain pipe systems by replacing valves, cleaning clogs, or fixing leaks

**Skills**:

- Proficient in basic math for measurements and calculations
- Ability to weld using various techniques
- Mechanical knowledge for assembling and disassembling components
- Skilled in soldering and brazing pipes
- Capable of building and installing piping systems
- Experience with stick welding for pipe fabrication
- Familiarity with power tools used in pipefitting
- Ability to maintain and repair piping systems efficiently
