Drainfix Services Ltd is a drainage, plumbing and maintenance company which operates 24/7, serving both commercial and residential properties.

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a team lead multi trader that lives near or in the Chelmsford / Romford area to cover work commitments.

Applicants should be self motivated with excellent social skills to deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction with a positive attitude.

A flexible approach is essential as the role may require weekend and out of hours works on a call-out rota. The operative may be required to work on their own at times.

Works to cover new void work contract, applicant must be able to undertake mutible tasks. Tap repairs, redecoration, small plastering works, wall tiling, bath and toilet replacement ect..

Self employed 'subcontractors' will be considered (CIS registered) however we are offering this role as a full-time employed position.

**Salary**: £13.00-£18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

**Experience**:

- Scaffolding: 1 year (preferred)
