**Job Title:? Band 6 Occupational Therapist**
**Location: Kentish Town, Community Based**
**End Date: 3 Months (possibility for extension)**
**Working Pattern: 15-18.45 Hours Per Week //Monday-Friday//9-5**
This role is a community based band 6 Occupational Therapist post working in the community supporting adults aged 18-65 years old with long term mental health issues.
**Requirements**:
Proven/robust experience in mental health - preferably community
Would be good to have experience of equipment ordering
Ability to carry out OT assessments/interventions in community (often in client’s own home)
Ability to work autonomously
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Previous use of EPR (Rio is a bonus)
