**The role**

Ultimately, as a head of sales, your job is to get the best possible performance from our clients salespeople, made up of hunters and farmers. Coaching, mentoring, measuring and managing your colleagues and ensuring that revenue objectives are delivered.

**What are we looking for in you?**
- Excellent working knowledge of the LCV rental and leasing industry and market
- The ability to create and deliver a sales plan
- The ability to teach and police great sales process that builds a value proposition for prospects
- A proven track record as a sales leader
- Great communication and the ability to remain connected to colleagues working remotely
- Proven ability to deliver sales growth
