Admin and Dispatch Operator;
My client in Royston is looking for an Admin and Dispatch Operator to join their busy team. This will be a temporary role during the busy upcoming months, until January. You will be working alongside the head of engineering, technical support engineer and officemanager. They are looking for someone who has excellent communication and computer skills, as well as a high level of accuracy and attention to details.
- This role is paying £11ph to £12.50ph (depending on experience)
- Temporary role until January

- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Main roles & responsibilities:
Admin and Dispatch
- Quoting customers for the PCB jobs
- Maintaining contact with customers regarding current PCB jobs
- Maintaining internal customer databases
- Contacting customers regarding future PCB order requirements
- Processing and dispatching customer orders in line with company SLA's
- Ensuring import duty payments are made for incoming parcels
- Weekly check of dispatched orders and liaising with couriers to resolve delays/queries
- Assisting the office manager with simple admin tasks such as inputting invoices onto the finance system, sending monthly to our factory, and ordering stationary for the office
- Carrying out PCB assembly jobs as per customer requirements
What you will need:
Admin and Dispatch
- Good communication skills
- IT literate
- Previous Admin experience
- Background in electrics (not essential)
- Strong attention to detail
