**Job description**

Due to high customer demand, we are looking to hire a spa receptionist to join our friendly spa team.

**This is a busy, fast paced role, based on a busy spa reception desk.**
- You will be the first point of contact for all spa clients, it is essential that you are able to deal with busy, demanding situations.
- You will be expected to maintain superior levels of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness throughout the spa.
- This includes general duties such as; laundry turnover, regular checks in the pool area & gymnasium, cleaning duties, etc.
- You will be booking appointments such as spa treatments, spa days, etc.
- You will be taking payments, dealing with all spa enquiries and telephone calls.
- You will be required to carry out regular pool chemical tests.
- You will be dealing with customer complaints where necessary.
- To provide spa tours for customers, giving a 5 star service.
- You will be required to open and close the entire spa/leisure complex.
- Your role will include promotion of gift vouchers, retail and treatment sales.
- Laundry deliveries (collecting clean robes and towels, emptying and counting used laundry).

**Previous experience working within customer service, reception, spa/leisure facility is preferred.**

**Previous experience working in a pool plant room is preferred.**

**This role includes evening and weekend work, and working over bank holidays.**

*- This role requires flexible working patterns, including morning shifts from 7.30am - 3pm, and late shifts from 1pm-8.30pm.

**Salary**: Meets National Minimum Wage
