**This involves**
- Lead generation.

- You will be expected to answer the phones, conduct pre-screening telephone interviews, face to face interviews and set up temporary workers for jobs.
- Be on Rota for out of hours service.

**Requirements**:

- The ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and prioritise.
- You must be able to adapt to changing workloads, working within the recruitment industry is fast-paced and no day is the same so you can expect ad-hoc tasks to come your way.
- A good understanding of social media platforms.
- Drivers License and access to a vehicle is essential for this role as you will be required to visit clients premises and attend various networking events in the central belt.

**Your core working hours will be 8am to 430pm Monday to Friday but flexibility is required**.

Salary**:£23000 - £25000 **depending on experience
