**Top role requirements**
- Org Design, Leadership, Talent and Culture, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, and Engagement
- Insight to local markets and people backed with data to drive decisions.
- Focus on key metrics: Revenue / Cost per site employee hour to drive people productivity on site / Safety / Turnover
- Problem resolution to the right level (e.g. long-term sickness, talent availability gaps in local market)
- Employee Relations: Employee Forum and Industrial relations management where unions are present.
- Coach to leadership team and local managers

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Ideally you will have a broad education at a graduate level that gives you entry and influence stakeholders.
- Your background is most likely to be in Human Resources and you will have developed a range of skills to ensure you integrate the needs of the business with a great people agenda.
- Excellent collaborator with a growth mindset and the ability to form a strong knowledge of what makes a business succeed in its chosen markets.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how to build organisations in which talent thrives and everyone is included.
- Proven experience integrating the needs of the business with a great people agenda and ability to create an environment for growth for all employees.
