Asset Management Transformation Manager - £55-£62,000 Worthing (Hybrid)

Asset Management Transformation Manager - £55-£62,000 Worthing - Hybrid working in the office twice per week in Worthing.

Our utilities client is looking for a Asset Management Transformation Manager to promote and embed Asset Management transformation through facilitating the delivery of ISO55001 and Asset Data Governance principles. Manage key relationships with the IT function,the Data Team, Wholesale Operations teams, Engineering and Construction teams, Innovation and Asset strategy and planning Teams to support the development of cross-function working by delivering on their need of key insights and driving improvement throughmaturity and action plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain the asset information element of the Asset Management Strategy
- Develop and mature an asset data governance framework
- Provide clear information and analysis to the business on the condition of asset management and asset data, root causes and the benefit of actions taken to improve it.
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to embed a Systems Thinking approach with particular focus on the management and governance of ISO55001 and asset and systems data.
- Key accountabilities developing and maintaining the elements of the Asset Management Strategy that relate to ISO55001, asset data and information, include working with teams across the business to develop the capabilities, governance structure, guidanceand processes to enable robust asset management as a foundation for good practice in the business.
- Ensure the alignment of asset management practices with the overall business strategy for asset management and asset data governance.
- Oversee the running of asset management and asset data governance processes to ensure that they are adhered to by all parts of the business and are effective.
- Work with the business to deliver meaningful reporting on asset management processes and asset data health and progress being made to improve it.
- Work with the business functions to support initiatives aimed at improving asset data.
- Manage and guide the Asset transformation team. As part of the System Insight management team, play a lead role to build System Thinking capability.

You must have:

- Strong stakeholder and project management skills
- Implementing asset management planning and analysis processes, proven record of translating strategy into tactics and specific actions through change management.
- Experience and technical expertise in a utility/asset management area, demonstrating the ability to evaluate and model complex issues against business drivers and targets.
- Experience of project management and project delivery.
- Experience of working with Enterprise Asset Management Systems
- Knowledge and experience of data governance practices
- Experience of working with management reporting software from a user perspective
- Knowledge of operational processes such as wastewater treatment and water treatment
- Regulation - Experienced understanding of regulatory framework and reporting requirements in the water industry or regulated industries.
