**Job Description**:
Recruitment Adviser - Trainee Recruitment/Student Recruitment/Early Careers

Flexible on location - will need to based in a reasonable proximity to one of the below offices, and will require some travel:
Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Reading, Oxford, Southampton, Bristol, Cardiff, Chelmsford or London.

A look into the role

As a Resourcing Adviser within our Trainee Recruitment team, you will:
- You’ll have day to day relationships with our hiring managers, People Leads, interviewers and assessors and ensure they’re all engaged with trainee recruitment- Provides excellent client service through responsiveness and delivery of stakeholder needs- Knowing you’re right for us

Joining us as a Resourcing Adviser the minimum criteria you’ll need is experience within trainee recruitment. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.- Experienced in managing and delivering volume recruitment, ideally within trainee/student recruitment- Confident in managing high volume pipelines and prioritising appropriately- Comfortable juggling different tasks and balancing recruitment alongside projects- Passion and focus for diversity and inclusion and doing the right thing
