Warner Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and analytical Finance Director with strong commercial and numerical skills to be part of the leadership team of a established manufacturing company.
You will be a qualified accountant with a modern dynamic approach, and a strong business acumen. In this pivotal role you will work closely with the senior management team to grow and improve the company as it enters it's next exciting phase of growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Business partner across the company to understand challenges and deliver change which will impact on the financial health of the company.
- Lead and build a finance team of excellence; structure, coach and facilitate high performance
- Financial due diligence on acquisitions & joint ventures
- Create management accounts & reports for the board and senior management
- Cash Flow Analysis, Control & Forecasting
- Constantly monitor performance against budgets and forecasts
- Lead and develop the importance of NetSuite ERP across the business
- Lead review of business costs, margins and drive improvements in profitability
- Assess the viability of the company revenue streams; focusing on repeat business
- Lead & oversee audits and maintain statutory compliance

The Person:

- ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified accountant
- Excellent commercial experience
- Strong technical skills
- Proven track record in working in a leadership team
- Excellent business partnering skills
- Energy & passion to drive a business forward
- Proactive & flexible approach with excellent attention to detail.
