**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Trainee - Recruitment - The Role**:

- Managing jobs and applicants
- Being creative with your advertising and marketing
- Selling and negotiating
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Closing deals and earning commission

**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Trainee - Recruitment - Requirements**:

- Degree qualified: 2:1 and above preferred, but not essential
- Determined
- Willing to go above and beyond
- Career-driven
- Self-motivated (this is SUPER important)
