**Role Overview**
Our Level 3 Practitioner will work as part of a team of new wave early years superheroes in our Nursery.
The role requires a creative thinker, someone who is organised and has an open mind, and a desire to be involved in shaping something new. We need someone who is passionate about childcare and a changemaker.
First and foremost, you must love getting down and messy with children - we want someone who truly knows what it is to nurture and play at their level. Teamwork is a very close second - we need a great person to deliver our unique program and join us on this journey to change early years. We will support you with this and provide all the tools needed,
Parents are our third pillar. Our Practitioner will embody all that is b_together, immersing parents into our ethos, so that they truly adopt our vision, love it, and support our unique approach to childcare.
Our aim is to inspire the children, parents and each other. The Curator will work in partnership with their Head of Room to ensure our engine runs efficiently on a day-to-day basis, making sure all the children’s needs are being met. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.
**Key Responsibilities**
➔ Have previous experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
➔ Be passionate about working with children and have a natural flair for making people feel happy and at ease, bringing energy and enthusiasm.
➔ Be interested in creating inspiring and fun work and play environments.
➔ Think outside the box beyond the restrictions of the EYFS framework with a can-do attitude and a solution-driven approach to problems.
➔ Be interested in facilitating age-appropriate risky play, alternative teaching practices and fostering independence within children.
➔ Confidently work with others, to ensure that the children’s needs are met.
